Being An Ecclectic Pagan I Use Many Techniques To Better Myself. Pagans, At Least True Pagan Make The Commitment To Learn Throughout Their Lives. To Learn About Our Religious Faith As Well As How To Attain Some Sense Of Inner Peace And Enlightenment. Here Is An Exercise That I Perform To Strengthen My Aura And To Help Me Relax Inside.
Lie Down, Relax. Close Your Eyes. Imagine Your Aura Filling The Room Right To The Edges Of The Walls And Beyond. Slowly Bring It Back. You Can Imagine Your Aura As Light Or Color Bands. It Is Up To You. Do This Ten To Fifteen Times. Now Imagine That Your Aura Only Goes Halfway Across The Room; Bring It Back. Repeat Ten TImes. Finally, Imagine That Your Aura Is Only Three Or So Inches From Your Skin, As If It Were A Tight Shield That Nothing Can Ever Get Through. Pull It Back. Practice This Ten TImes. Do This Everyday For One Month. Write Down The Changes In Your Daily Life That You Experience As A Result Of This Cleansing And Relaxation Exercise. For Extra Practice, Do The Exercise Twice A Day. If You Desire You Can Do This More Often Or For Longer Than Two Months. Your Call. It Helps.
If You Have A Hard Time Imagining Things Like Your Aura Stretching Across The Room. Do Not Worry About It. Work On Feeling It Do This Instead.
